1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using 33Previews ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 33Previews is operated by BullMohawk LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

33Previews provides tools to capture app screenshots, build video reels, generate listing copy, create privacy policies, generate coverage maps, discover ASO keywords, and upload assets to app stores. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Subscription payments are securely processed by Stripe and charged by BullMohawk LLC.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep it updated.

4. Your Content & Ownership

You retain all ownership rights in the screenshots, reels, listing copy, and other content you create using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely as needed to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

Screenshots and reels are stored locally in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers. Project metadata and listing text are stored in your account and are not accessed by us except as needed to operate the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, logos, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service's security or infrastructure.
Upload or process content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may interact with third-party platforms including Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and AI providers. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of these third-party services. You are responsible for complying with their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content (such as AI-produced listing copy) will be accurate or compliant with app store requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve (12) months.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the in-app settings menu. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your account is inactive for an extended period.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
